Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using creatorsagency.co and its free tools. They were last updated on .
Accepting these terms
By accessing or using creatorsagency.co, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its tools.
YouTube API Services
Some optional lookup features use YouTube API Services to retrieve public channel, upload, and view-count data. By using those features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google explains its privacy practices in the Google Privacy Policy.
The lookup does not ask you to connect a Google or YouTube account and does not access private or authorized YouTube data. Creators Agency independently calculates any median, average, range, pricing estimate, budget, or other derived metric shown by the site. Those calculations are not published, approved, or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
Calculators and informational content
Our calculators, templates, research, articles, and lookup results are provided for general information and planning. Outputs depend on the inputs and assumptions shown. They are not promises of a sponsorship rate, campaign result, revenue, return, or business outcome, and they are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
You are responsible for reviewing the assumptions and deciding whether an output is appropriate for your situation. A creator and brand should agree on the final scope, price, rights, approvals, disclosures, and other deal terms themselves.
Acceptable use
You may use the site and free tools for lawful personal or business planning. You may not:
- Use automation, scripts, distributed requests, or other methods to evade rate limits or exhaust API quota.
- Probe for, extract, expose, or misuse API credentials, security controls, or nonpublic systems.
- Scrape YouTube or Google applications through our service, or use the service to build a competing database of YouTube API data.
- Interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the tools for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
We may limit or block requests, suspend access, or discontinue a feature to protect the service, our users, YouTube API Services, or other systems.

Availability and disclaimer
The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or suitable for every purpose.
