Why this structure works
The pitch starts with the brand's problem—not your follower count.
- 1Show your homework.
Name one real thing you noticed, without pretending you know the brand's private strategy.
- 2Connect audience and idea.
Explain who the video is for and what you would make for them.
- 3Use proof you can defend.
Add a small number of relevant facts. Leave a blank when you do not know.
- 4Ask for a small next step.
Find out whether the idea is useful before negotiating scope and price.
Questions
YouTube sponsorship pitch builder FAQ
Does this tool send or save my pitch?
No. The package is created in your browser. We do not receive the names, links, proof points, or draft text you enter.
Do I need to complete every field?
No. Every input is optional. Missing information appears as a bracketed blank so you can finish it yourself and see where the pitch still needs work.
Should I include my sponsorship rate?
Usually, the first email should test interest in the idea. Price after the brand confirms the scope, timing, usage rights, and exclusivity it wants.
How many times should I follow up?
The builder starts with four follow-ups on days 2, 4, 6, and 8 because that is the working practice Creators Agency uses. You can edit the cadence. Stop if the person asks you to stop.
Can I edit the generated emails?
Yes. Every subject and email is editable. Your changes stay in place even if you later change an input; the builder asks before replacing an edited package.
